Terms and Conditions:

1. Duration: The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase for all rubber tracks, undercarriage parts, skid steer tires and wheels, and over the tire track systems. Excavator rubber tracks are backed by a 18 month warranty from the date of purchase. Please retain your proof of purchase for any warranty claims.
2. Scope: This warranty covers parts only. It does not extend to cover any labor costs associated with installation or replacement.
3. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
4. Claim Process: In the event of a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team. We may require proof of purchase and details of the issue to process your claim efficiently. Photographs showing the proof of failure and identifying the product may also be required to expedite the claim process.
5. Resolution: Depending on the nature of the issue, we will either replace the defective parts or give you credit toward the purchase of a new replacement part.
6. Limitation of Liability: Our liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective parts as stated above. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
7. Modification of Terms: These warranty terms are subject to change without prior notice. Any modifications will not affect the warranty coverage for products purchased before the modification date.
